About Aaron Harris

Aaron Harris grew up in Glencoe, Illinois, twenty miles north of Chicago, where he attended New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois. He settled in Micanopy, Florida where he opened My Hometown Agency.

Aaron has more then twenty years experience working with a variety of insurance lines while working for four different insurance companies. He is extremely passionate about helping his client’s with their insurance needs and gets tremendous satisfaction knowing he can help people make what can sometimes become life-changing differences with the proper insurance decisions.

Aaron spends much of his personal time doing volunteer work in his church. Aaron also enjoys time with family and friends, is an avid fisherman, loves riding his motorcycles and is passionate about physical fitness and weight training. He played high school baseball followed by playing semi-professional baseball with his younger brother.
